Black Week Promotion Terms and Conditions

§1 General Provisions

1. The organizer of the "Black Week" promotion is KJUST, based in Krakow at Sosnowiecka Street 91.
2. These terms and conditions specify the rules, scope, and conditions for participation in the promotion.
3. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

§2 Promotion Duration

1. The promotion runs from November 26, 2024, to December 2, 2024, inclusive.
2. The promotion is valid exclusively in the KJUST online store (www.carfitbags.com).

§3 Promotion Rules

1. As part of the promotion, participants can take advantage of the following offers:
   1. 10% discount on all products in the store – the discount is activated by clicking the button on the promotional banner displayed on the store's website.
   2. 60% discount on the second product in a single order – the discount applies to the cheaper or equivalent product and deactivates the 10% discount.
2. The 60% discount promotion works as a higher discount and excludes simultaneous use of the 10% discount on all products.

§4 Detailed Promotion Conditions

1. To take advantage of the 10% discount, the customer must click the button on the promotional banner on the store's website. Without this action, the discount will not be activated.
2. When using the 60% discount on the second product, the discount is applied to the product with the lower or equivalent price among the two purchased in a single order.
3. Only products available in stock are eligible for the promotion.
4. Discounts are automatically applied during the checkout process and are visible in the cart.

§5 Promotion Participants

1. The promotion is open to all customers, without age or location restrictions.
2. Both individuals and companies can participate in the promotion.

§6 Additional Provisions

1. Promotions cannot be combined – only one type of discount can be used per order.
2. In the event of a return of a product purchased as part of the promotion:
   1. If the returned product was subject to the 60% discount, the refund amount will equal the actual amount paid for that product.
   2. If the product on which the second product's discount depended is returned, the second product will automatically be priced at its regular price.

§7 Contact and Complaints

1. All questions regarding the promotion should be directed to the email address: info@kjust.com.
2. Complaints regarding the promotion will be reviewed within 14 business days from the date of submission.

§8 Final Provisions

1. The organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions during the promotion period, which will be communicated to participants on the website.
2. Any matters not regulated by these terms and conditions shall be governed by Polish law.
