Shipping and delivery

 

Important Information:

  • We dispatch shipments as soon as the payment is credited to our bank account.
  • Orders placed by 3:30 PM are shipped the same day and are usually delivered on the next business day.
  • Standard orders are shipped in a single package. Each package is photographed before dispatch.
  • Before signing for the delivery, please ensure that the package is not damaged. If any damage is found, we recommend refusing the delivery and informing our Customer Service Department.
  • Personal pickup is available from Monday to Thursday between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, and on Fridays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over 100 EUR with the recommended courier. Choosing a different shipping option may incur minor additional charges, which will be visible at checkout.

SHIPPING TO EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES

  • We ship goods to European Union countries
  • Before placing an order, please select the destination country in the top right corner of the homepage
  • We issue invoices to foreign entities without VAT, provided the buyer has an active European VAT number
  • Shipping for orders up to 100 EUR is paid—costs depend on the destination country and courier service. Detailed pricing is available during checkout when selecting the delivery option.
  • Shipping for orders over 100 EUR is free with the recommended courier. Choosing a different courier option may incur an additional charge.
  • Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer to our account.
  • Orders must be placed through the system—prior contact with us is not required.  

 

 

 



 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

  • We ship goods outside the European Union.
  • Shipping is paid—please refer to the pricing list. The shipping cost includes both the courier fee and the customs clearance fee.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer to our account.
  • The buyer is responsible for covering any applicable customs duties, as specified by their local customs office.
